Northampton College has won a bid to deliver a project that will support employers in the High Performance Technologies (HPT) and Logistics sectors across Northamptonshire recruit the young people they need to meet their skills needs.
The recruitment of young people into these sectors has seen a steady decline over the last ten years, partly due to the perception that they offer limited progression opportunities, but also due to a lack of awareness about the importance these industries have in securing future growth in the economy.
