A catering student who was given a chance to work at three of the country's top Michelin starred restaurants during a year-long work placement is about to start her second appointment at The Elephant in Torquay.
Professional Catering student Viktorija Bernataviciute, 25 has just finished a three month work placement at The Kitchin in Edinburgh as part of the Electrolux Chef Academy which she won in July 2013. Viktorija will now go on to spend three months working with Simon Hulstone at The Elephant in Torquay before taking up her final position with the Sanchez brothers at Casamia in Bristol in May 2014.
