Northampton College has launched a search for talented and committed young people to help local businesses and get onto the career ladder by signing up for an Apprenticeship. For the first time this year, demand for apprentices has out-stripped supply and the College currently has 100 vacancies on its books.
The College has been contacted by employers from many different sectors across the County and beyond, offering employment to young people on Apprenticeship programmes in print, warehousing, childcare, accounting and many more. Apprenticeships are at the heart of the Government's drive to equip people with the skills employers need to grow and compete. Employer-led reforms will simplify Apprenticeship standards, improve quality and ensure they're more beneficial to the economy.
