Northampton College students shine at Food and Drink Awards
The glittering gala dinner, held at the Royal & Derngate, celebrated the very best of Northamptonshire producers, pubs, cafes, restaurants and chefs, with the culinary industry coming together to toast their success.
Students from Northampton College helped prepare the sumptuous three course menu enjoyed by guests, with teams working throughout the week to create dishes using a host of local ingredients including slow cooked pork belly with a pork and cabbage faggot, fondant potatoes and a local apple and honey puree.
