A catering student who was given a chance to work at three of the country's top Michelin starred restaurants during a year-long work placement is about to start her final appointment at the highly acclaimed Casamia in Bristol.

Professional Catering student Viktorija Bernataviciute, 25, has just finished a three month work placement at Simon Hulstone's The Elephant in Torquay and had previously completed an appointment at Tom Kitchin's The Kitchin in Edinburgh as part of the Electrolux Chef Academy, which she won in July 2013.
