“I always knew I had a passion for food from an early age and Northampton College was my starting point to a successful career in catering. The amazing facilities and passionate tutors gave me a first-hand look at what cooking in a restaurant would be like. They taught me speed, amazing cooking skills and never to settle on ‘it will do’. I finished the course with a Level 2 and 3 in Catering, a drive to work hard and an exciting future ahead of me. Since completing the course in 2009, I have worked in hotels, restaurants and for contract catering companies.
