The languages available are Polish, Romanian, Urdu, Arabic, Czech, Punjabi, Tigrinya, Farsi, Slovak, Kurdish Sorani and Bengali.

Department for Education Coronavirus helpline

The Department for Education coronavirus helpline is available to answer questions about COVID-19 relating to education and children’s social care. Staff, parents and young people can contact this helpline as follows:

Travel advice

The Government have now issued an Exceptional Travel Advisory Notice, strongly advising against all but essential international travel. If your travel is essential, guidance can be found here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-essential-international-travel-guidance

Residents or visitors traveling to the UK must self-isolate in the place they are staying for 14 days after arrival. You must also provide your journey and contact details, and can do so here: https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
